When Mrs. Vanitha Bhaskaran entrusted us with the construction of her 3BHK duplex house alongside a separate 1BHK rental unit with an independent staircase, we faced a unique challenge. The irregular shape of the 995 sq. ft plot posed difficulties in design and execution. However, our innovative approach prevailed. Strategically, we concealed non-rectangular areas within bathrooms and setbacks, ensuring living spaces maintained a rectangular layout. Despite the complexities, we take pride in achieving a luxurious ambiance within budget constraints. This project exemplifies our unwavering commitment to excellence in the field.
