First Floor: A robust production area engineered to withstand a **dead load of 1500 kg, accommodating two giant ovens and a mixer-essential equipment for the bakery’s operations.

Second Floor: A compact 1BHK unit thoughtfully designed for Mr. Manikandan’s residence, offering comfort and convenience right above his business.
