G+2 Residential House in 1800 sq.ft of Land.Mr. Pannerselvam entrusted us with an L-shaped plot spanning 1800 sq. ft. We rose to the challenge, crafting a multi-functional space that maximizes every inch. On the ground floor, we seamlessly integrated a shop, a 1BHK unit, and ample parking for three cars and bikes. The first floor boasts a luxurious, well-ventilated 3BHK unit with spacious living and dining areas, complemented by a master bedroom featuring a luxurious bathtub. The second floor is dedicated to three expansive 1BHK units, designed with comfort and functionality in mind. With the exception of the first floor, all other levels are designated for rental purposes. This project stands as a testament to our expertise, setting a new standard for versatility and excellence in construction.
